Job Description

We currently have an opening for a Petroleum Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and servicing of automotive, electronic, hydraulic and/or mechanical petroleum equipment and products as applicable.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots, performs repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
  • Monitors and is accountable for accuracy of parts inventory on service van including, but not limited to, transfers of parts to appropriate jobs and other service techs as applicable as well as returns to warehouse facilities.
  • Analyzes electronic and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
  • Installs, programs and tests new equipment.
  • Communicates with customers and explains technical issues to non-technical people.
  • Candidates that have a strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude with experience working on motors, pumps, etc. are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience working in the mechanical or electrical industry.
  • Preferred experience in service station/fueling equipment repair.
  • Electrical knowledge and excellent mechanical abilities.
  • Ability to operate mechanical equipment and machines as described.
  • High school education.

Job Description / Summary

The Construction Laborer will be responsible for working in a team to construct and install petroleum equipment for our clients. This position will require frequent travel out of town with compensation to accommodate.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing and testing petroleum tanks, piping and other equipment.

  • Assist in removal and disposal of old petroleum equipment.

  • Follow safety procedures on each job.

  • Operate various power tools, skid loaders, air compressors, forklifts, and other related tools and equipment in performing described duties.

  • Travel to out of town job sites and work outdoors.

Qualifications:

  • High school or GED level education preferred.

  • Experience in a construction related field.

  • A valid driver's license is required.

  • Ability to perform manual construction work and equipment operations.

  • Ability to work out of town and overnights on a frequent basis.

  • CDL preferred or ability to obtain.

Job Description

Field service technician repairing and installing automotive lifts, lube equipment, and other related equipment at customer locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Applicant is responsible for maintaining company vehicle, parts inventory and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication both verbal and written with customer, dispatcher, supervisor and office personnel is required.

Required Skills:

Applicant must have a strong mechanical background. Diagnostic, organization and people skills required. Must be a self-starter and dependable. Customer service experience and must have the ability to work without direct supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Experience servicing Rotary brand lifts, Graco lube equipment, air compressors, hydraulic systems, welding, operating machinery and working with concrete. Basic electrical knowledge.

  • preferably possess a four-year degree in HR or related field; and a minimum of five (5) years of HR experience as a generalist working in a small to mid-sized organization; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • have prior experience within a manufacturing or service-related industry.
  • be comfortable with all aspects of HR and have a strong compliance foundation. have experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • be HR certified or be willing to attain certification within one (1) year of hire.
  • have excellent written, verbal, computer, and presentation skills.
