SHIPPING

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days by calling the Parts Department at 952-933-4800. All items are priced FOB Hopkins, Mn. or manufacturer location shipping point, at the discretion of Pump & Meter Service Inc., unless otherwise agreed to by Pump & Meter Service Inc. Shipping charges are extra, and will be added to invoice. Orders for in-stock items will normally ship the same day or next day. We strive to use UPS wherever possible to keep cost down. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes but we can offer shipments via the United States Postal Service upon request. If another type of carrier is desired, please indicate the company and an account number that we can bill for this service.

Partial Delivery: We reserve the right to make partial shipments. Invoices covering those shipments should be paid when they fall due.

RETURNS

Return Policy on Purchases from www.pump-meter.com.

Return Authorization required for any Return, Credit or Exchange.

Once you have obtained a Return authorization Number:

• Please indicate reason for return
• Please include a copy of your original invoice
• Put return authorization number on outside of shipping carton
• We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to Pump & Meter Service
• Include a packing slip with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package pre paid too:
• We reserve the right to refuse any item returned to us without a Return Authorization number.
• A restocking fee not to exceed 20% may apply on items returned to stock (not applicable to defective items)
• RA's once issued are valid for 30 days. No credit will be issued if returned after the 30 day period.
• Claims for shipping errors or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of order
• Absolutely No Credit on Opened Merchandise.
• Electronic Equipment & Boards is Not Returnable
• No credit given on returns after 30 days.
• Defective Parts Will be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
• Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Pump-Meter Inc.
• Returned items that are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be returned at the customers expense.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
• Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
